Refund policy
Please remember, each order is made after purchase which requires a 2-week building time BEFORE shipping your order to you.
We have a 7 day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund for damaged or defective goods.
To be eligible for a refund, you must email us photos of the damaged or defective condition of the goods that you received and photo of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. After receiving photo images of the damaged goods we will send out a replacement within 5 business days.
Refunds
We DO NOT cover the cost of return shipping. Please make sure to your fence post is 5 x 5 inches.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
